I took a trip over to Katmai National Park in Alaska to see the brown bears roaming free in their own habitat. This mother bear and cub had recently finished nursing and were sitting there looking around, when the cub turned to its mom and started talking. The mother bear turned to her child in interest and they both seemed to be engaged in a very deep conversation. I marveled at how similar the mother/child relationship is in both the animal and human world. The love is so apparent!
