I was having trouble sleeping this particular workday morning, so I got up and looked out the window to see the Peak, as I always do. When I saw the sun beginning to light up Pikes Peak with the full moon setting directly above it, I grabbed my camera and headed for the clearing not far from my home to take this picture. My day was so blessed by this beautiful gift from God!
