On August 21, 2017, a spectacular total solar eclipse occurred over North America, and was dubbed “The Great American Eclipse” because totality could only be viewed over North America. I was blessed to be able to photograph it from a hill in Rexburg, ID and was mesmerized by the whole experience! This photo is a composite of some of the phases before, during and after totality. What a rare and beautiful event to have witnessed!
